On Demand Services to Generate Leads and Close Sales

Project Hosts provides a number of high value services for Microsoft partners that can assist you throughout the sales cycle, from generating sales leads to closing deals.

Online Sales Demo Environments
The sales demo environments are the same as the environments EPMConnect partners received during the 2007/2008 program year. They support up to 5 named users and include both Project Server 2007 and Project Portfolio Server 2007. The environments can be delivered blank or with the same sample data used in the EPMConnect EPM tours in 2007/2008. These environments are typically much faster than VPC environments and can be used as "leave behinds" for potential customers.

Cost: $200 per month or $2,000 per year.

Microsoft EPM Tours
The same 9 Microsoft EPM tours provided for EPMConnect during 2007/2008 in 5 languages (English, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese). The EPM Tours package includes use of the Project Hosts lead management system and lead filters. Registrants receive 7 day access to the tours and you can extend their access to a maximum of 28 days on an individual basis. Your logo and corporate colors can appear on your tour registration page and tour home page. The Tours includes a unique URL so you can direct potential clients to your tours and receive the resulting sales leads. Non-partner generated leads will be allocated based on partner geography, partner lead filters, and the number of allocated leads each eligible partner received within the past 30 days.

Cost: $100 per month or $1,000 per year.

EPM Tours Lead Generation
If you purchase the EPM Tours package, you may also purchase Search Engine Marketing promotion services to drive registrants to your branded tours. All Lead Generation funds will be used to drive traffic to your branded EPM tours using PPC advertising on Google AdWords. Visitors become sales leads when they register for tours.

Cost: $100 per month or $1,200 per year.

POC Trials
POC Trials are 30 to 60 day hosted Microsoft EPM environments. You receive application admin access to customize the Trial to the requirements of your prospective client. EPM 2007 or 2003 environments are available and each supports up to 25 named users.

Cost: $1,000 per server (Project Server or Project Portfolio Server) per month. For example, Project Server for 30 days would be $1,000 while Project Server and Project Portfolio Server for 60 days would be $4,000. Check with your EPM SSP for potential funding by the US BMO.
